My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

My motivation is my sister, nephews, and niece who willingly share their story of loss to let others know that it's okay if you need help. On February 27th, my brother-in-law John took his own life. Since then, there has been a void for our whole family and a wish to see John one more time. We move in November in John's memory and to let anyone else out there know that help is available and it's okay to ask for it. Depression and anxiety make it seem like it's better to be alone but we need to push against it. Join us, whether it's moving to energize your own health or to create awareness.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
