My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

It's a phone call no one ever expects to get. To this day, the voicemail my dad left me back in 2009 still haunts me - it was his suicide note. I called back repeatedly, getting nothing but his voicemail. Finally, my stepmom answered. She had found him and had him rushed to the hospital. Today, I still get to hear my dad's voice, but for so many others that is no longer the case.

In 2020, it's more important than ever. In the US, 3 out of 4 suicides are men. The more vulnerable we are in sharing our experiences, the more those we care about will feel comfortable seeking help. I've been donating to the Movember Foundation since 2012 and had the privilege of being a part of the Community Engagement Team during the 2017 campaign season. This Movember, join me in raising funds & awareness for mental health & suicide prevention.
