Our Motivation

The Mo is calling. Together, we have the power to change the world. It starts with the little things.

We are the Knights of Moustache and we have joined together in the name of men’s health this Movember, united to take on mental health, suicide, prostate and testicular cancers.

We all have partners, fathers, brothers, sons and mates that we love. When these men are well, the benefits ripple through relationships, families, and communities. But when these men are unwell and unsupported, we all feel it.

Too many men are dying too young, largely from preventable causes. Help-seeking can feel foreign, so many men kick the can down the road. When they do seek assistance, they often don’t get the support they need. And this puts enormous pressure on the families and communities who care for men.

In the USA, 4 out of 5 suicides are men, prostate cancer is estimated to be the second most diagnosed cancer in men, and testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men.

We’re making change, but we need your help so join us to Grow a moustache, take on the Move challenge by running or walking 60km, Host a virtual event, or create your challenge with Mo Your Own Way.
