To change the face of men's health, with donations to the Movember Foundation to continuing their work regarding research of male specific cancers and mental health, including suicide prevention. Also, to encourage discussions with our hairy upper lips (regardless of how much hair) about these issues and to speak up and seek medical treatment when necessary. United we mo!

Yes, I represent Movember and their movement on more than just my face! I’ve had these shoes from Toms for a while that I like to wear in Movember. The socks from ToddLand I wear a little more often. #MustacheIsKing and is always around, not just during this month, as a reminder to the important cause!

Listen, I know I have been light hearted so far about Movember, but the fact is, it’s serious business. Cancer Sucks, and that includes prostate/testicular cancer, the initial focus of the Movember Foundation. Then there is the Mental Health and Suicide Prevention piece, which is also very important. Unfortunately, I know many of us have been affected by one or both of these, and this mustache is all about preventing others from being directly or indirectly affected by these obstacles in life. So, please consider donating, or, at the least, reach out to those you care about!

Thank you everyone for another successful Movember! I realize this is a little late, but life gets busy, ya know... but that’s a reason in itself to reach out to friends, even just with a hello.

Without matching, we actually raised more money this year than ever before. Big thank you to all those that donated. If you didn’t that’s okay. Reading this and acknowledging/learning about Men’s Health is half the battle.

With all that said, I hope anyone and everyone reading this has a great holiday and ends the year on a high note. See you again in 2019! #UnitedWeMo
