My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Suicide has touched my life too many times. Sometimes the biggest obstacle to mental health care is that first phone call asking for help. If you think someone you know is having a mental health crisis tell them that it's OK to be not OK. Start a conversation and help them find a mental health professional. If you can't help them let them know that they can call 988 any time to get in touch with a counselor.

If YOU need help talk to someone you trust. Have them help you get in touch with a mental health professional like a psychiatrist or licensed social worker who specializes in mental health. If you don’t have someone you feel like you can talk to about your mental health, that doesn’t mean you’re alone. Counselors are available 24/7 at the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
