My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Prostate cancer has affected my own family, and whatever I can do to help the cause, count me in. I'll be making sure to get a MOve on daily, and to grow out the beard to the best of my DNA.

Globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to reduce the number of deaths from prostate cancer, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Additionally, and this is not talked about enough - the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Support systems are necessary for people to have an outlet, to be able to offload their burdens, and to find the positives in a complicated and sometimes unforgiving world.
