Mental health and suicide prevention

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. As a guy that fought depression due to almost daily migraines, concussions, & a brain tumor, I know what it feels like to want the pain just to go away. Having healthy releases such as amazing friends, hockey, & live music, kept me going strong.
