Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. With the utmost respect meant to everyone reading this, I want to focus more time and effort on prevention than it seems I do on condolences. I am surrounded by strong male influences across family, friends and work. As busy as life is, good intentions often don't lead to results. Good intentions will take a backseat to actions today.... What a great way to take action.
