Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

As someone who had prostate cancer, and has met many others suffering this is a special challenge for me. Awareness and "being there" matters. And last year many men felt comfortable speaking to me about their personal challenges which hopefully helped them through the process.
