Our Motivation

Boys it is officially Movember!! Other then the fact our wives all love the mustache it is a time we can share a bond of men’s health, erase the stigma of of being too “manly” to take care of ourselves. Hoping we can all be leaders for men to talk about taking care of ourselves physically and mentally. Mental health is one that has affected me and take pride in improving myself on constantly. There are too many things we don’t discuss or share but let’s change that and be better, live healthier and longer so we can be there for our families and our “brothers” by being the examples!! I know the mustache isn’t for everyone but we can ALL take charge by setting challenges/goals even if they are small because even the smallest can literally make biggest differences not only for ourselves but everyone around us that depend on us for so much by just being the men we are!!
Would love to hear or even set up challenges we could do together to hold each other accountable!
Also don’t be shy to recruit your fellow “bros” to me I would rather have a bigger “team” than dollars donated.
