For the 10th year In a row I’m celebrating #Movember to raise funds and awareness about men’s health issues. This year I have an extra Mo-tivation:
Fatherhood has given me a new perspective on men's health. I want to be there for my family for years to come, and that means taking care of my health so I can be here for the long haul. I'm joining to support all the dads, father, grandpas, and sons by raising awareness about health issues which might save our lives.
