Our Motivation

Movember is an annual event involving the growing of mustaches during November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as anxiety, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide. The goal of Movember is to "change the face of men's health."

A group of educators and community members from the American International School of Lusaka (AISL) is raising money and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons, and mates in our lives. This is year 7 for the Lusaka League of Extraordinary Mustaches. We welcome new members from the school community to join our group and raise awareness for men's health. There are many ways for men and women to get involved and no...you don't have to grow a mustache. That’s why we have "Mo Your Own Way." Climb a mountain, break a personal best, try to quit a bad habit, eat healthier, reduce your alcohol consumption, or take on a dare for men’s health.

Please join the AISL team and/or consider a donation to support men's health and our team, the Lusaka League of Extraordinary Mustaches.
