YIKES, I've been recording my distance wrong. It's been 4 miles a day, not 1.5!

Happy Thanksgiving! I've walked 81 miles so far. Started a week into the month but still managed to surpass my 60 mile goals. Good day to treat myself to some pumpkin pie! A $5 donation from 100 of my closest friends goes a long way toward changing the face of men's health!

Documenting WEEK TWO. Using Samsung Health app.
Got off to a late start this month, but I'm probably ahead of schedule now, having logged many more miles than I planned.

DAY FIFTEEN: What can I tell you? I'm a creature of habit and a multitasker. Not only do I walk every morning, but I constantly forget why I went into a room. So I wind up walking around the house constantly throughout the whole day. Whatever it takes to meet my 100mi/30dy goal to bring awareness to mens' health issues. Please visit my Movember webpage if you would like to donate.

DAY FOUR: Still visiting with family. Daily walks to the store and back, and then walks to the park with my grandson in tow was sufficient to keep my per-day mileage up in the 3-mile range. Of course, running after a 2-year old not only kept my heart rate up but strengthened my leg muscles with deep knee bends. Today it's rainy in these parts, so I doubt if I'll make much progress. But next week, I expect to blow up my step count and make up for any down days. It's easy to exercise if you just exert yourself!

DAY ONE: My #Movember challenge is to walk 100 miles in 30 days. I'm starting off a little rocky because I'm visiting with family out-of-state. Not the easiest way to stay in shape. Still, I managed to walk about 2 miles this morning, with plenty of time left during the day to push that up to 3. It may not be convenient to stay health, but it's not difficult.
