My final post for Movember 2023: A total of 121+ miles this month. Just over DOUBLE my goal! My team, MoGruber (no relation to me) did very well. Me, not so much, except to bring to put front and center the issue of Men's Health. That and 120 more miles of sidewalk under my belt. Good health, all!

Happy Thanksgiving! I've walked 81 miles so far. Started a week into the month but still managed to surpass my 60 mile goals. Good day to treat myself to some pumpkin pie! A $5 donation from 100 of my closest friends goes a long way toward changing the face of men's health!

Got off to a late start this month, but I'm probably ahead of schedule now, having logged many more miles than I planned.
DAY FIFTEEN: What can I tell you? I'm a creature of habit and a multitasker. Not only do I walk every morning, but I constantly forget why I went into a room. So I wind up walking around the house constantly throughout the whole day. Whatever it takes to meet my 100mi/30dy goal to bring awareness to mens' health issues. DAY NINE: It was easy to pick up my pace once I got back home this week. A good 4-mile walk each day put me well on my way to my 100mi/30dy goal. I'm off on another trip this week, but it involves airports and conference centers. Lots of walking. A full day on the job and I can probably log 5 or 6 miles each day. I think I'll be blowing past this 100-mile goal!
DAY ONE: My #Movember challenge is to walk 100 miles in 30 days. I'm starting off a little rocky because I'm visiting with family out-of-state. Not the easiest way to stay in shape. Still, I managed to walk about 2 miles this morning, with plenty of time left during the day to push that up to 3. It may not be convenient to stay health, but it's not difficult.
