Our Motivation

The Admirals Club is leading the fight for men's health, Movember, and mustache acceptance. Join our fleet as we drink to health and sink prostate and testicular cancer, mental illness, and physical inactivity. We're shipshape and ready to fight for our lives!

Those air hoses are almost like moustaches.

Got my blood work back: normal across the board! Growing this mustache hasn't siphoned off live-supporting nutrients or introduced more hair into my digestive and enzyme system.

Can you same the same thing about your health? When was *your* last check-up? No excuses -- they're fully covered under nearly every insurance plan as "preventative care."

Got my annual checkup and flu shot. Waiting for my blood work, but looks like I'm good for at least another year.

I didn't make my goal of running a marathon before this Movember to meet a donation from last year. I ran over 570 miles total (and even lost a toenail), but never farther than a half marathon in one burst.

Why? Because I didn't take little runs seriously enough at hurt myself by focusing only on the long ones.

So, I'm starting over this year. Today, with new shoes and a 5k puddle-stomp to break them in right. And, unlike this past year, I'm going to make sure not to skip maintenance and workout runs.

In case you're wondering, I'm not just talking about running races. #analogies #topical

2.5 miles almost catches me up from not running while traveling this weekend. My phone battery died halfway through, so you'll have to take my word for it.
