My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am growing a mustache and encouraging my friends/family/coworkers/clients to join me to help spread awareness of mental health issues facing all of us. My primary goal is to help bring light to the awkward subject of suicide, which has affected me directly through the death of my father and so many of those around us. Also, I want to make growing a mustache for November fun and educating.



Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
