My motivation

I wish to increase health awareness and defy ignorance disguised as masculinity.

Too many good men struggle with the challenges of cancer, depression and lethargy. And far too often they bear the burden with denial and silence.

For me, this movement is just one opportunity to openly address the crisis. Whether you choose to grow facial hair, donate money, move 30 minutes a day or take the time to learn about men's health, I hope you'll join our growing effort.
