My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

#movembermonday We had our 3rd annual Movember Spinathon (thanks, Jocette Fugitt)and raised $261. Thanks to everyone that participated and donated. Time is running out and we’re still short of our goal. Can you take a moment and donate? Sharing this is a great option too.

#movembermonday Today is about the future and this guy, playing with his legos, next to me. Growing this mustache is to help his generation, along with with ours, to make it easier for men to discuss their health. I hope I’m raising him to not be afraid, or embarrassed about the issues we face. I hope that he won’t have to face these issues when he’s my age. #movembermonday Surprised it’s growing so well! I guess grooming out the bald spots is the secret. MEN'S HEALTH
Across the world, men die an average six years younger than women, and for reasons that are largely preventable. Which means that it doesn’t have to be that way: we can all take action to live healthier, happier and longer lives. Mobro.co/orbitat To find out more. Please share and donate. https://www.facebook.com/donate/167811424126523/?fundraiser_source=external_url

This is how it starts. 1. Sign up (you’re helping to save lives). Choose to grow this Movember. 2. Start to grow. Let your mustache take the spotlight, and start conversations (why you’re helping to make people aware of men’s health issues). 3. Make it count. Ask friends and family to back your Mo. Together, we can stop men dying too young. (Donations always help). This a very personal cause for me and I’ve dedicated my face to it the last 6 years. Please help. https://mobro.co/orbitat

Please take 2 seconds and share this post. Hoping it gets you to laugh, but also, to donate. Mental health matters. #Movember is working to help men stay mentally healthy, but they can’t do it alone. Please donate to my Movember efforts and support men's health. https://mobro.co/orbitat @ Santa Barbara, California https://www.facebook.com/donate/1469901896418741/

#movember is about men’s health. Getting and staying healthier has been a big part of my life the last 5 years. Movember was a cause that helped me understand how important it was to have regular check ups. Guys, do your part and get an annual health screening. Women, make them do it. Too many men are dying too young. We can make a difference. Then take a moment and donate to the cause. https://mobro.co/orbitat Friday #movember pics.
