My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My motivation to support Movember for prostate cancer is I have watched my own father become diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and I saw the battle he fought, and he fought a damn good fight. I also saw, what this fundraising does first hand, the new treatments that became available to him, and how it just kept improving and finding new ones.

As for mental health/suicide prevention I have had friends and family commit suicide, and although this is a small number I know many others who have/are dealing with depression first hand, myself included.

I believe raising money is important, but also having this platform to be vocal and help people not feel alone goes a long ways.

Understanding that globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year and that the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men, I believe it is time for everyone to speak up and help find solutions. Help me stop men dying too young.
