My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Nick Heath and I are once again doing something he is supremely qualified for, and I am almost criminally unprepared. This year we are running the Old Port half marathon for Movember in an effort to bring visibility to the cause outside of the month of November. If you can chip in a few bucks, great! If you can't, no worries. If you can but you just don't want to, some worry but I'll get over it. Regardless of donation go check in with your friends. Ask someone how they are doing and mean it. Make the world suck less.

Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's mental health are causes that lead to men dying around the world before they should and we are here to do something about it.

Grow a mo, exercise regularly, reach out to an old friend, chip in a few bucks if you can, eat healthier, and ask someone how they are doing. Improving someone's life and raising money for a great cause doesn't have to be a grand gesture, it can simply be focusing on helping yourself and others.

I'm here to talk for folks who need it, just as I talk to my buddies when I need it. It's never a bad time to reach out and it makes you a better friend / brother / son / co-worker / father / every other title out there; it just makes you a better person.
