Mental health and suicide prevention

Why do I mo? I mo for all the men in my life that I love and for all the men loved by my family and friends. Mental health is just as important as physical health, but it's often overlooked. You can’t see mental health issues: it’s not a mass; it’s not a cyst. But it’s there. Our fathers, brothers, sons, and friends are suffering. We all must take time to talk to those we love, ask questions and be supportive. It’s something we all can do for one another. This year, I am growing my mustache to help men stay mentally healthy.
