My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I Mo to raise awareness for both the visible and invisible health challenges that men face. My motivation comes from my grandfather, Papou, who lived to the remarkable age of 96 by prioritizing both his physical and mental well-being. His routine of riding his bike, solving sudoku puzzles, playing cards and backgammon, swimming, socializing across generations, and maintaining a balanced diet shows the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle. I "mo" to encourage all men to take proactive steps, just like Papou, and to prioritize their health. By growing my mustache each year, I aim to spark crucial conversations, break down stigmas, and inspire men to seek the care and support they deserve—ultimately helping them lead longer, healthier lives for themselves and the ones they love.
