Last day of Movember, let’s go out with a bang

Thanks everyone! I raised £3,765 & $350 yesterday alone. There is still plenty of time to donate but I’m half way to both my US & UK targets! #movember2021
What better way to cap off an amazing fund raising day than with a double session at @foundryfit compliments of @jasonfoxfitness. Thank you to everyone who works there for making it an awesome environment to help keep me level, and also get healthier!

2020 mo reveal! Lockdown edition!

Thank you @jamesonwhiskey for hosting tonight’s Irish Coffee MasterClass and the Irish coffee kit (I had to settle for a hot toddy instead due to coffee allergy, but still tasted great!).

During lockdown it’s great to see so many other #mobro & #mosista even if only virtually. Thank you for letting me be part of the jaMOson Foam Mo challenge.

Suns out Cycle out! Avoided the downpours for a chilly #movember bike ride. Thank you @jennycooke87 for convincing me to get a bike. I can finally admit I should have done it earlier...

A big part of mental health is maintaining you physical health. To make #movember more interesting I will be taking on a move challenge.

Over the past 9 years thanks to all of you generosity I have raised 47,605 in funds ($17,725 & £29,880). My Move challenge will be to row 2x as many meters as funds raised so as it stands 95,210 meters. That total includes any funds I raise this year! So please make my target as hard to achieve as possible!

2020 has been a tough year, and it doesn’t look to be getting any easier.
In light of that #movember2020 and raising awareness for men’s health and mental health issues in general is more important than ever!
With that in mind I’m emphatically kicking off my 9th year of Movember clean shaven as can be, with a little collage of years past.

Wednesday was a big day. Broke £5k in funds raised for @movember this year thanks to all of you! Then did Movember workout at @foundryfit with @jeminck24 aka the best sister anyone can ask for regardless of how annoying she can be! Thanks @laurabiceps for a brutal workout!

Only a few days left. Currently I have raised $1,560 & £5,178. Thanks to everyone who has donated. It’s not too late to still donate

I’m lucky to have the best parents anyone could ask for. Happy I got to spend a few days of Movember with them. Nothing beats coming home chilling with them.

Being lazy this year with Movember posts! One of the most important things you can do is surround yourself with good people to help your mental health. Lucky for me I have @jennycooke87 by my side. She may not think the stache is the handsomest look in the world but is still my #1 supporter for Movember and in life in general. Thank you for everything you!

In other exciting news it took a mere 7 days to break the £2k barrier. Thanks to everyone who donated so far let’s keep the effort going strong

Thanks to everyone’s support so far Movember donations are super strong over half way to my US target with $1,585 raise towards my $2k target. UK fund raising is even stronger with £4,232 raised towards my £5k target!!

As many of you are aware I’m not great at maintaining a consistent gym routine, so when I do go I want to get the best workout possible. Exercise for me is a key part of maintaining both my physical and mental health (nothing relieves stress more than punch a bag as hard as you can after a long day at work!)

I want to thank @ryan__pickard & @12x3gym for working me into the ground today. You’re one of my favorite gyms around & I can usually barely walk or lift my arms after a class!

Together we can knock out prostate & testicular cancer!
