I'm doing it again!

Another year, another Stache! I continue to do this annually to raise awareness to male health issues, whether it's Mental or Medical.

Over the years I have had way to many friends struggle with Depression, substance abuse and health issues...Sad thing is, no one ever wants to talk about it. With that being said, there are resources available to us Men to help....if you do not feel comfortable talking with a buddy, doctor or partner...use the tools at your fingertips!

I have set a goal of $2,500 dollars this year again....all the money goes to a good cause, and I stand behind the Movember Foundation...Please do what you can to help me reach my goal...

If a monetary donation is too much, do me a favor and pass this on, or just call a friend you have not hear from in some time to ask how they are doing...I just want us men to TALK!
