Mental health and suicide prevention

When it comes to losing friends to suicide, one is too many.
I am tired of the Macho BS that keeps us from being honest about our feelings. I have battled depression for my entire adult life. I used to think I was alone. I now know I'm not.

The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
