Target: $1,250
raised $14,220 since 2011
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

I'm doing this partly to draw attention to important men's health issues (prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health), partly to support my friends who've struggled with those issues, and partly 'cause it gives me an excuse to hang with my bros and sistahs on the Arm Movember team! This year, I'm also doing it in memory of my dad, who would have been one hundred years old this November.

How I'm
getting involved
Team Arm San Jose
Team captain Ed Miller
$9,044 Team funds raised
40 of 60 miles
walking
17.97 miles
running
22.73 miles
I'm trying to see how many miles I can MOVE this month! Sixty is what I've done in past years, sometimes just barely. Can I do more?

Day one! Clean as a whistle. I'm really stoked despite some issues - fighting a hip problem that looks like it will keep me from running, or even walking sixty miles. Thinking about pushups, but I *hate* pushups...
