My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Both my father and my brother have suffered from Prostate cancer. My brother has survived stage 4 prostate cancer, and so far is clean.
I am ex-military and I hate the fact that so many veterans take their own life on a daily basis. We need to help these people.

This week, we're raising awareness of Prostate Cancer... internally, you'll find some great content on the Movember Foundation website - to share with colleagues! Let's not forget to share the important messages that will help men to live happier, healthier and longer lives!

It's incredible that in 8 days we now have 12 teams, 72 members and over £1,300 raised... Team Arm will be matching all money raised as well as donating £1 for every Arm employee who signs-up! So continue to spread the word and together, lets help men around the world to live, longer, healthier and happier lives!! #Movember #TeamArm

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
