You inspire me to find the courage to be in crowds to get a selfie with you. You are so strong & I am so proud of you. You are a fantastic actor & loving father. Thank you using your platform to raise awareness and breaking the stigma around mental health! Society needs to normalize mental health fitness. We have evolved past the "survival of the fittest" model, and the common attributes of physical abilities to one where mental abilities has become paramount for our rapdily changing society and world. You have no idea how much of an impact you have on anyone who has had the pleasure of being in your presence. I don't think you give yourself the credit you need so give it to yourself. You are a hero in many eyes (especially mine) and I support you 100%. Men's mental health is something that should be discussed more because society as it is now, holds a stigma as to how a man should act and feel. This has personally affected me in the past with a loved one so THANK YOU!
