Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them!

As you likely know, removing the stigma around mental health is a passion of mine and an incredibly important cause. Working in an organization that is predominantly male, I want to help bring light to the too often hidden struggles of Men. One statistic that stands out to me: males die by suicide three to four times more often than do females. Men often bottle up their feelings, and the resulting internalization can cause great suffering and even be deadly. We need to be able to openly discuss our issues, support each other, and continue to reduce the stigma around men’s mental health.

Together we can make a difference and help make a positive impact for men's mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young! Thanks for your support!
