My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am motivated to run in the name of mens mental health and suicide prevention. Suicide has affected almost everyone I know and my family included, knowing that fundraising can help provide awareness to others about mens mental health is enough motivate me to get out of bed early and train for a marathon when it is the last thing I want to do in the morning. I hope that in my prep and fundraising for the 2024 Chicago Marathon, I can help others feel more comfortable to open up about these issues and know they are not going through these alone. Running a marathon is also my way of focusing on improving and living a much healthier lifestyle.
