Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's health has a stigma around it that needs to be broken. It's OK to ask for help. It's OK to take care of ourselves. It's OK being vulnerable. It's very OK to be healthy, inside and out!

Over the last many years, I've gone through multiple health scares and struggles, both physically and mentally. As I've gotten older, I've realized that creating a proper care team around me is imperative to not only getting healthier, but also feeling more fulfilled. Annual skin checks and physicals, therapy, personal training, hobbies, a strong support system, and healthy relationships are all part of what proper care and health mean to me.
