My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Year 3!!! Men’s Physical and Mental health is important! It starts with having (sometimes difficult) conversations with loved ones or even yourself.

I am growing a sick stache to raise money while also running/walking 60 miles in the month of November (60 men commit suicide every hour globally).

How to Movember:
- Exercise
- Be social / talk to each other
- Find hobbies / try something new!
- Get your yearly physical/actually go to the doctor when something doesn’t feel right. Check your balls!
