Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men’s health can sometimes can take a back seat, with many guys focused on other things. But as the years go by, it’s more important than ever to prioritize it, both for ourselves and for those who care about us.

This month, I’m taking part in Movember to spark positive conversations about health and encourage everyone to make their wellness a priority. With my (hopefully) impressive mustache and a goal to walk 100 miles, I hope to raise awareness about the importance of regular checkups and staying active, especially as we head into the holiday season.

Building healthy habits now means that when the gray hairs come, age really is just a number, and we’re thriving!
