At age 28, it has been too many times in my life where I have seen friends and family struggle with mental health without speaking up or seeking help. A simple text or phone call can be the difference. Coming out of a global pandemic, it is so important to periodically continue to check in on those around you and notice signs of when something seems "off" with someone you know and love.

Movember has allowed me to raise awareness for men's mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer by fundraising for every foot to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in March of 2024. Please donate as much as you are able to today and share with friends and family who may be interested as well! Thank you so much!
