My motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. I'm doing this for all the fathers, brothers, sons, and men in our lives in hopes that they know it's always okay to speak up about mental health. Help me stop men dying too young.
