My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

My hope is that through running the New York City marathon with Movember, at least one person is encouraged to speak up and seek help. By contributing to my fundraising goal, you would be helping me in our mission of stopping men dying too young.

To all the men in my life who've struggled with their mental health and suicide ideation - know that I see you, I love you, and you're not alone. This one is for you.
