My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

"Movember" is here and I've joined Columbia Sportswear Company "Tough Stachers" team to grow (epic mustache), move (run/walk more than 60 miles), and give (to a great cause).

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I'm Rucking 60 miles this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day.

It’s the last day of Movember, but the struggle for many isn’t over…it’s not too late to support a great cause (i.e., suicide prevention and prostate cancer awareness).

Here’s a pic of the final stache…from a goal perspective I’ve Rucked (walked w/ a weighted pack) over 76 miles this month and barely hit my donation goal. The Columbia Sportswear Company "Tough Stachers" team is doing awesome again this year. Thanks for all the financial and verbal support!

It's time for the mid-month check in...I've Rucked (i.e., walked w/ a 40lb. pack) half of my miles, have got over half my donation goal, and am still working on the stache. Opted to take a goatee side trip for fun.

Let's do this!

It's Movember 1st and the first time I've been clean shaven in a year (feels weird); it's time for the Mo to grow for a good cause!

The Movember yoga (Moga?) class was a hit. Appreciate everyone showing up either in person or virtually.

Thanks to prAna for sponsoring the event with several Verde mats and especially the participants who brought MOtivation to a great cause.

It's December and while Movember may have ended it's never over. I wanted to thank everyone who donated and supported me and the "Tough Stachers".

Your involvement helped bring needed support and awareness to real problems and people.
