My motivation

My motivations are my two kiddos, wife, family and friends! I have unfortunately been directly and indirectly impacted throughout my life by family and friends suicide and prostate cancer deaths. For these reasons I truly hope my participation can help to promote a healthy life style, the importance of physical and mental health and the access to resources to help men of all ages reach physical and mental health happiness!
