My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

On October 15th, 2021, I lost my brother to COVID. We all lost a really good human being. He was a gentle giant that loved life and a beer with friends. As you can see from the pics, he was funny as hell and wasn’t afraid to laugh at himself.

He was also the reason we need Movember. He never put himself first and didn't worry much about his health. When COVID hit he didn't think it would get him. It did. He could have survived it with a vaccination, but he never got around to it. "I should've gotten that shot." That's the last thing he said.

He was one of the endless list of people that didn't think it would happen to them. I don’t want others to experience pain that can easily be prevented. So I'll continue raising funds for Movember to raise awareness for men's health.

Since I’m not able to grow a moustache embarrassing enough to warrant your support in 30 days I’m going to do a “Reverse Movember.” I grew my facial hair out ahead and throughout the month I’ll shave some pretty interesting stuff and post it.

So, friends, if I’m willing to put my family, friends, co-workers, students and colleagues through staring at this mess, you can help bring awareness to a great cause like Men's Health, right?
