From a young age, men are taught to "toughen up", "be a man" and not express their emotions while they suffer in silence. The stigma around men's mental health needs to be broken. It's okay not to be okay. It's okay to want help, and feel supported when you wish to reach out. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me normalize the conversation.
