My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Participating in Movember reminds me of the things that I need to be doing more often for myself. Checking in, taking the time to rest, and making time for the things that make me happy.

I Mo because it took me a long time to even do those things for myself and it wasn't until I started to better engage in my personal care and mental health that I realized how much I needed to be doing that.

I want to be the best version of myself for those that I care about, because that person is pretty awesome, and that version of myself with a mustache is even more awesome.

Join me in reminding ourselves to do the things we need to to stay healthy in our minds and our bodies. Grow a mustache, donate money, move, invite some friends over, or just check in with yourself this Movember!
