My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

When one of my best friends found out he had cancer, my heart sank. "Not him", I thought to myself. I was devastated. It was truly heart breaking. But he didn't give up and through constant phone calls, video chats, visits (pre-COVID!) and support from his friends and family, I am so happy to see that he is cancer free!

His positive attitude and his journey made me realize just how important that support is. That is my motivation. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. I am joining them for all the Zak's in the world that need a boost. That need to be told "You'll be okay" or "You got this" or "It's okay to not be okay."

Help me break the stigma for men's health. Help me get those resources to the men who need it. Help me stop men dying too young. Help me make sure all those fighting the good fight have one more ally.
