My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In June '24 I will be hiking the Ausangate trek in Peru, 43 miles through 5 mountain passes and reaching elevations of 17,000+

Our Kilimanjaro hike was a huge success this year, with the Movember Adventure Series team raising over $130,000 to help shine a light on men's health issues and, more personally, mental health and suicide prevention.

In the U.S, 4 in 5 suicides are men and Movember is leading a global effort to tackle the stigmas associated with mental illness by focusing on education, prevention, and early intervention. Together we can reduce male suicides by 25% before 2030.
