Throughout my life my father has been there for me through every trial and every victory. Being the youngest of six children, I look up to him with great admiration for the life he has provided us growing up. He is my constant inspiration as I raise a family of my own and I am thankful for the example he has set before me. In 2018, my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, but thanks to early intervention, was able to successfully beat it. As men, we often disregard our health, but thanks to Movember, men’s health is becoming a priority. I am running this race for a man who has been there for me every day of my life.
