Mental health and suicide prevention

Howdy friends and family! I am especially thankful for my health and the health of the men in my life. A few years ago the reality of Testicular cancer hit a bit closer to home when a friend my age was diagnosed.

By the grace of God, he kicked the cancer's butt, but I want to take the opportunity to raise some money and stir up conversation around the topic of Testicular cancer and men's health in general. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. They have great resources to help men identify problems early on. I encourage you to reflect on all the men that have had an impact in your life and take a moment to share this post and donate to this great cause.

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. Donate some dough save a bro!!
