My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm taking part in MoVember on behalf of the Mighty Denver Bulldogs ARFC and in the memory of Jordan Mendicino.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

In 2012 I was in the worst place of my life before with my mental state in shambles. Today I'm at the top of my game in the best place ever, thanks to EFT.

The mental state is something that only you can control and you never know what's actually going on inside someone else head. For the month of September and beyond I will be sporting a mullet and raising funds to show support for mental health research in the memory of Jordan Mendicino. She was a dear friend who we, unfortunately, lost last year during my MoVember campaign to suicide. I want to remind you to check in on your friends and family and remind them that they have a support network.
