My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

I personally have had experiences with depression in my own life and recently began taking care of my own mental well-being in the past couple of months. As I begin my own journey to prioritize my own mental health, I invite you to join me in supporting Movember.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
