Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. Last year I did this and was happy to have been able to help the cause even if it was small. I’ll be doing this again this year but with only a mustache. My photo is the result from last years Movember plus a couple months of growth. For every Dollar donated I will do a burpee and film it for everyone to see. :)
