Let’s all grow a mustache or a beard or whatever the heck you can and raise some money to promote men’s health awareness. Prostate cancer and testicular cancer suck. Mental health awareness is my cause. Men don’t talk enough about mental health. We’re told to “suck it up” or “man up” or “act like a man.” Let’s start the conversation and talk about what’s really going on.
