My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them again for my 8th year. Two years ago I experienced a terrible concussion and dealt with depression and anxiety seriously for the first time.
I felt its affect on my mood and the on relationships of those closely around me. I have always been a big proponent about speaking up and getting help, and for so long I didn't take my own advice. It took me doing the Movember event again to take MY OWN ADVICE!
I'm fully back to normal from my concussion but I needed therapy and I need to speak to a doctor about anxiety medication. It was a team effort, it took a while for me to realize I needed the help, and I have been a Mo Bro for 8 years.
That's my recent motivation, it took my own experience to realize it takes time, and it takes a constant message. Join me in changing the face of men's health.
