My motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
Mental Health and Suicide is close close to my heart. Its a very real thing as I fight mental illness on a daily basis, and know all to well about the thoughts of suicide.
I lost friends and family to this horrible stigma. I have purpose today to help my fellow brothers and sisters to fight the good fight. If you know anyone that needs help or ever want to talk I am always available. In addition help our team raise some money to help the cause. Much love to all.

Breaking the stigma of Men's Mental Health

358 Week(s) Ago

Day 5 : Had to clean the stache up a little for work.

Men's health especially mental health is near and dear to my heart. I live with purpose today because I have been spared rather given a reprieve from its grips. I've been to dark places and have wanted to take my own life. I have friends and family that have taken their lives. Mental health effects way more then just the individual.

Please help support this great cause, and let's not take ourselves too serious. Every day is a good day, it's just a mater of perspective.
